To personalise your use of PressReader and save your publications, you will need to sign up for a free account using your library card and password.

 

How to use PressReader

Laptops and Computers

  • Go to Press Reader.
  • Click sign-in and select library and group.
  • Search for Monash Public Library Service
  • Login using your Library membership number and password

You will be prompted to create an account if this is your first time using PressReader by entering your email address and a password. In subsequent logins, you can login in with your email address and password. Please note: if you change your library card number, you can still login to PressReader with your email address but it won't recognise your new library card number with your existing PressReader account. Please contact us if you need help.

  • Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Select publications.
  • Choose a country (e.g. Australia) and then select the title you want to read.
 

Mobile Devices

  • Download the PressReader app.
  • Open the app and tap sign-in.
  • PressReader advise that it is best to create your account (on a computer) and then sign-in with your account details on the app. The PressReader App works best with current version of the operating system on your device. Older versions of operating systems may not work with the current App.
  • Tap on publications and then select countries.
  • Choose a country (e.g. Australia) and then select the title you want to read.

 

How to Use PressReader

Check Libby (Overdrive) for magazines not available on PressReader.
 
 
* If you have forgotten your password, please visit the library to reset it.
