True crime writer and podcaster Vikki will teach writing fundamentals by drawing on her teaching and writing experience at her workshop. This is suitable for writers of any skill level who want to improve their skills by learning from one of the industry's best.
Vikki Petraitis has written 18 books, including her best-selling book The Frankston Murders about Frankston serial killer Paul Denyer. In 2023, she released a podcast of the same name which topped charts around the world and helped with the push to keep Denyer in jail. Vikki’s first fiction, The Unbelieved, won the inaugural 2022 Allen & Unwin Crime Fiction Prize and the 2023 Readers’ Choice Davitt Award. In 2024, she is releasing her latest Casefile Presents podcast with Emily Webb called The Unthinkable.
