WordFest 2024: In-Conversation with Trent Cotchin
‘Unflinching honesty and generosity...’
Spend an evening with former Richmond Tiger's Captain, Trent Cotchin, for an in-conversation event as he talks about his new book From the Heart. Trent will share personal insights and the lessons that he learnt in the hope that it will help others to live more authentically.
Trent Cotchin is one of the greatest and most decorated players in Richmond Football Club history. He is their only triple-premiership captain, leading the team to their 2017, 2019 and 2020 flags. Taken at pick number two in the 2007 AFL National Draft, Trent went on to play 306 games, becoming just the sixth player to reach the 300-game milestone at the club. He's a Brownlow medallist, triple Jack Dyer medallist and All Australian. He retired at the end of the 2023 season, leaving an impressive legacy of strong leadership at the club and being widely respected as a great ambassador for the game.
Trent lives in Melbourne with his wife, Brooke, and their three children, Harper, Mackenzie and Parker.
This is a past event.
