Matt writes a weekly column for Stellar in the News Corp Metro Mastheads, seen by over four million Australians every week. He is also a senior editor for delicious. and Taste magazines, and contributes to taste.com.au, one of the world’s most-read recipe websites, with a monthly reach of two million food lovers. Since 2012 he has published eight bestselling cookbooks, most recently Matt Preston’s World of Flavour in 2021.
