Tech Help

Tech Help is a weekly casual session where you can seek help to troubleshoot smartphones, tablets and computers. A library volunteer can assist you with your questions about a range of topics.

Topics include:

  • Social media
  • Email
  • Mobile phone plans, buying a phone and travelling overseas with your devices
  • On-demand TV, such as ABC iView and SBS on demand as well as setting up your Smart TV
  • eLibrary resources

The Tech Help Volunteer may be unavailable at short notice so please check with staff at the branch.

Held during school term and not on public holidays at the following times:

Clayton Library
Wednesday, 10am - 12pm.

Mount Waverley Library: 
Wednesdays, 2pm - 3.30pm

Wheelers Hill Library -Phone bookings required, please contact branch on 9265 4877
Fridays, 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
