Monash Public Library Service has a new children's catalogue!

This special interface for children is designed to allow younger children who are in a pre-reading or early-reading stage to navigate initial catalogue searches using large pictures. They can browse our most searched children’s topics.

We encourage you to let your child browse and potentially place reservations themselves depending on their individual abilities (you will need to log in to do this). We hope children will become more empowered to select books for themselves online.

For children who have started to read, and for parents who are looking for children’s books, there are recommended reading and read-a-like lists on the home screen as well.
